1.  Education of the deaf

Is limited by the textbooks they are not getting any awareness to develop their skill. School is not providing any projects, works, or assignments for the deaf so that they can self-develop their skills. Deaf children are not getting any chance to develop their skills. Skill development should start from school so that after completing their school education they can choose different methods to achieve their aim. Deaf children should skills development in small classes at schools.

2.  Awareness of technology

In deaf schools education connected with technology is a must. A skilled technology teacher must come to the school and provide education for them. Technical skills can also give them a better life and achieve a better job.

3.  Schools and subjects

Deaf students must give more knowledge in Maths and Science from the small class, the classes should be in sign language. Give more education in Maths and Science so that brain development is also possible.

4.  Enraging the skills

Every child is skillful full but encouraging the skill makes them more successful. Deaf students must give opportunities. To show their skills and encourage them but giving, prices make group discussions and allow them to share their ideas. Self-development, Skill development a using their own ideas give them a great future.

5.  Inclusive education

Inclusive education is essential for the development of deaf students. Schools should provide special educators who are trained in teaching sign language and other communication methods to help students with hearing disabilities. Inclusive education promotes the integration of all students into the same classroom, which promotes interaction, understanding, and acceptance of each other's differences.

Deaf students need accessible resources to learn effectively. Textbooks and other learning materials should be available in sign language, and multimedia resources such as videos, animations, and interactive tools should be accessible with closed captions and subtitles. This will help build their confidence and self-belief, which will lead to better academic and personal outcomes.

inclusion is possible only through acceptance and understanding. Eye contact is a key element for Deaf people when communicating. So when communicating with a deaf person, always keep in mind to maintain eye contact. Deaf people use their hands for communication and you’d be surprised how easy it is to convey a message even with rudimentary hand signs. A small gesture can mean the world to a deaf person and their confidence. Deaf children with hearing parents face some issues that parents won’t allow them to use oral language and try many methods to make the child talk. A hearing person uses their voice for communication and the deaf uses their hands to communicate.

Deaf tryst with success
I am a proud deaf woman living in Kerala, India. My life has been a beautiful and adventurous journey. I am enjoying every minute of it. I was lucky to have parents who were very supportive of me and my ambitions from early childhood.I am confident that I can achieve everything and fulfill my dreams. I am very optimistic about my future. In spite of my disability, I believe I have developed skills and abilities that would help me in my journey.I have never thought that my being deaf is a big obstacle in my life. Deafness is a condition, just like many of us who have to overcome our own disabilities, to navigate life. If the people around us and society at large are sensitive to our condition, deaf people can easily be as productive as anyone. It is this sensitization that needs to happen in our communities. This is equally true of other conditions, such as mental health, and neurodiversity conditions, among others. But if things don't go the way you want it, you have to take control and come up with a solution yourself. It's only then that society would take notice of you.How can I change the perception of what it means to be deaf in our society?To do this, there should be more of us in society's daily life. We shouldn't just be Deaf people, we should be engineers, doctors, and IT professionals. That was my dream and how we founded the Digital Arts Academy for the deaf (DAAD). DAAD is an Edutech startup that focuses on ISL-based education programs. I am now working for the welfare of deaf children. My team and I have developed an ISL program for children to create awareness and to improve and upskill them.
